There are two ways to subscribe:
• By dialling the IVR short dial 399, accessing and following the prompts.
• By using the USSD menu, the customer will have to activate service by sending the sequence *123#
NB: The service will only be activated if a minimum balance of Ghc 4.99p is available. The service is reactivated or deactivated after a month (30 days after day of activation).
