My control plans are four new Post-Paid service classes designed to meet the customer’s highest expectations. These plans are Post-Paid plans that have all the benefits that Pre-Paid customers enjoy plus the lower tariffs that the Post-Paid customers use. The customer only needs to fill the CAF (Customer agreement form), pay the security deposit for his plan, and present a copy of any valid I.D. These plans can be obtained at any of our service centres, with our corporate sales executives or with our Post-Paid executives.
How it works:
- For any plan activated, subscribers will automatically receive a fixed amount of credit at the beginning of every month
- Credit received will have to be paid by the 25th day of the next month at our offices
- The subscriber will enjoy discounts on tariffs since they are committed to pay a fixed monthly amount
- If the subscriber runs out of credit in one particular month, he/she can also top-up credit with scratchcards or transfer maintaining his original tariffs
- Subscribers will also enjoy all the Pre-Paid services, promotions and benefits except loyalty and churn promotions
- There will be 4 plans with different monthly fees. The bigger the monthly fee, the lower the tariffs charged
- Subscribers will also enjoy better tariffs for the SMS service
