The Tigo post paid is designed for corporate companies, SME, institutions and individuals, who are heavy users, require credit facility and itemized bills and other value added services.
 

Value Added Service

• CLIR: Caller Line Identification Restriction. This allows you to hide your phone number
• SOCLIR: Subscriber Option Caller Line Identification Restriction. This allows you to choose between hiding his/her identity (number) or not
• Fax: Facsimile service allows you to send or receive texts or pictures over a telephone line
• Data: Internet Service
• Internet Invoicing: Enables you to receive bills via email directly from Tigo
• Itemised Bill: Bills are printed out to send to the subscriber at the end of every month
• Roaming: Allows you to use your number outside Ghana
• IDD: International access to make voice calls outside of Ghana
• GPRS: This service allows you to have internet access on your phone

Basic Services

• Voicemail:  An answering machine picks your messages when calls are not answered. This service is absolutely free
• Conference Call: This allows you to talk to up to 5 people from any network and any part of the world
• Call Divert: You can divert calls to another Tigo number (free) or to another network (charged)
• Call Waiting: This allows your phone to notify you of an incoming call whilst you are talking on the phone; you have the option to answer the incoming call or keep the earlier caller on hold
• SMS: Allows you to send SMS messages
• MMS: You are able to share and send pictures, music, and other multimedia files with anybody
• Free Night Calls: Talk unlimited to your family and friends on the Tigo network from 11:30pm to 5am

Types of Postpaid Services

Advance:
This is a pay as you go service and allows you to top up your active account

• Activation fee of GHC 7.50
• Minimum deposit of GHC 50
• No credit limit required
• No security deposit required

Credit Limit:
With this service you pay a security deposit which is the same as the credit limit.

• Activation fee of GHC 7.50
• Minimum deposit of GHC 50
• Required to pay a security deposit equal to the credit limit.

Tariff Plans

Data Only Tariff:

Pay per Month:

• The payment of the plan is in advance
• Fixed payment of GHC 40.00 per month.
• Not security deposit is required
• Activation fee of GHC5.00.
• Prorated charges, based on the number of active days, will be applied for the first month that the customer joins the service and last month the service is used.

• The post paid Smart Browse packages are to make data services available to more subscribers who are interested in the subscription of daily and monthly packages at a discounted price.
• The subscriber has the choice of Two data packages namely SmartBrowse5MB and SmartBrowse1GB.
• For the 5MB package, subscribers will have to pay a security deposit of GHC10 however; subscribers will be charged GHC0.30 everyday.
• For the 1GB package, subscribers will have to pay a security deposit of GHC25 however, the subscriber will be charged GHC25 at the end of one calendar month.

Eligibility: All voice Post paid subscribers

Pay per MB:

The Tigo Pay per MB is a data only post paid service plan designed for subscribers and companies who choose to be charged per Megabyte for the use of data services,

• Subs on Pay per MB data service plans will be given a Customer Agreement Form (CAF) for completion and would also have to submit an original copy of a driver’s license or a passport or any national ID.
• Activation fee = GHC8.38
• Security Deposit = GHC5.00
• Price per Megabyte (MB) is 0.15p

• No monthly line rental
• Special low call rate to family and friends group
• Subscription to family and friends is free.
• Free Night calls (Tigo to Tigo)
• Activation fee of GHC 6.00
• Security Deposit of GHC 69.00
• Temporary roaming of GHC 150.00
• Permanent roaming of GHC 300.00

Tigo My Access:
This tariff is designed to suit individuals. It comes in three forms (3)

Tigo My Access 1:

• A subscription fee of GHC 10.00 per month
• 75 free mins (Tigo to Tigo)
• Tigo to Tigo calls GHC 0.072 per minute

Tigo My Access 2:

• A subscription fee of GHC 15.00 per month
• 125 free mins (Tigo to Tigo)
• Tigo to tigo calls GHC 0.054 per minute

Tigo My Access 3:

• A subscription fee of GHC 20.00 per month
• 175 free mins (Tigo to Tigo)
• Tigo to Tigo calls 0.00 per minute    

Tigo All Access:
This is designed to suit corporate entities. It comes in 4 forms.

Tigo All Access 1:

• 1-5 lines for your business
• Minimum expenditure of GHC 10.00 per month per line
• Tigo to Tigo calls GHC 0.070 per min
• Calls within close user group (CUG) are GHC 0.01 per minute

Tigo All Access 2: 

• 6 – 15 lines for your business.
• Minimum expenditure of GHC 8.00 per month per line.
• Tigo to Tigo calls GHC 0.065 per min.
• Calls within close user group (CUG) are GHC 0.01 per minute.

Tigo All Access 3:

• 16 – 25 lines for your business
• Minimum expenditure of GHC 6.00 per month per line.
• Tigo to Tigo calls GHC 0.060 per min.
• Calls within close user group (CUG) are GHC 0.01 per minute.

Tigo All Access 4:

•  25 lines and above for your business.
• Minimum expenditure of GHC 4.00 per month per line.
• Tigo to Tigo calls GHC 0.055 per min.
• Calls within close user group (CUG) are GHC 0.01 per minute.

Roaming
This allows you to use your Tigo number outside of Ghana. To subscribe to this service you will need GHC 500 or more in your account, you will also be required to pay an activation fee of GHC 50.

Requirements For Signing on to a Postpaid Account

Individuals

• You will be required to fill a Customer Agreement Form
• Verification of local address
• Photocopy of driver’s license or passport                      

Corporate

• You will be required to fill a Customer Agreement Form
• Letter of requisition on company letter head
• Certificate of commencement of business
• Certificate of Incorporation of Business
