What It Is

This is a web page that allows Tigo subscribers to recharge airtime, subscribe to buy data packages, calculate data usage and top up data volumes. It also allows subscribers to view their subscriber information while online.

  1. Special Package Option: Choose from daily, weekly or monthly packages.
  2. Subscriber Information: This includes the subscriber number, current subscriber package, data volume and validity, package cost, and more.
  3. Top Up Option: This option allows you to top up your data package when necessary. This option can be found under subscriber information.
  4. Account Recharge Option: At this option recharge airtime by entering the PIN of the scratch card.
  5. Data Calculator Option: Calculate the amount of data volume you may need based on what you use the internet for even before deciding which package to buy.
  6. Gift Package: This data package allows you to buy data packages and share them with people.

All Tigo subscribers using internet enabled devices. These devices include:

  • Routers
  • Modems
  • Laptop/Desktop computers
  • Tablets
  • Mobile phones

No need to take out your SIM from your Router/Tablets. Whiles online you can log in to the Tigo Internet Portal to buy a data package, recharge airtime and Top Up your data volume if you are running out.
